Breakfast was good and canteen quite clean compared to the rest of the hotel. Staff was helpful. However, there are major issues with general hygine of the building.

The room and the whole building and it's surroundings are really filthy. It seems that room floor was not cleaned for months, not to speak about the corridors and ground floor. There were stains on towels and bedsheets. We encountered cockroach in the room and huge rat in the hallway which was most likely attracted by pile of garbage rotting on the ground floor. It's unacceptable for 3* hotel....

Hot water doesn't come so quickly. I waited more than 30 minutes for hot water. Room is so wet because of the water which comes from the toilet and bath. One night the police came for the other room and it was so uncomfortable because it seems the hotel isn't safe.

Location and price

Shall improve the cleanliness. Me and friends get lotsa bed bugs bite. The toilet also smell of old and mold. If the hotel renovate it,they can earn more and attract more customers. The toilet is totally terrible

Big is not a good thing while sacrificed with cleanness

Dead bugs and Mildews on the bathtub. lots of dust on the bedheads that appear no business operation for years. A couple of rundown mattresses and beds piled up in front of the lift. It looks big space, but overall dirty. We can see it used to be something callex Xinshe hotel, but it even doesn't bother removing those old Xinshe signs.

There is a big size of the room. But the environment around there quite bad smell (Cigarette smoking smell). So we try to contact to booking.com to get a refund. There is no number properly to contract. Online system service of Booking.com quite badly. It might be better if this online platform have the staff or personel directly contact and reply to customer immediately. Btw, we sent the message for cancel booking and asking for refund via the email of booking.com whatever no any reply. Moreover, this online platform slightly known in the worldwide BUT it doesn't have the contract number in each country. It's inconvenient for users. I hope Booking.com will fix it as soon as possible. If it's possible, PLEASE refund for us.

1. We don't like the smell of Cigarettes around the hotel. We have booked hotel and we don't know the environment around the hotel. My friend that he allergic those. 2. If you can afford it, go somewhere else

Beds were very big and fairly comfortable. The bathtub was deep and nice. The price was cheap

The smell in our room was so strong of mold and cigarette smoke, it made us feel sick. There were police knocking on the door next to us at midnight over and over again. When we left the hotel in the mornings to go out and start our day, we literally had to walk through bags of stinky trash, leaking liquids all over the floor, to get to the parking garage. It was disgusting. Plus they wouldn't let us do breakfast, even though it was advertised as coming with the room. They also wouldn't clean the room or bring more towels unless we went and asked.

it has a huge tub that’s the point that I’ve most impressed,and the location is nice too there have many diner around this hotel

many place are not clean and the bed are not comfortable too,otherwise the most annoying thing is their service people
